Building Demolition company is an act of destroying or wrecking the property. It is the opposite of construction. Whenever there is danger of fire we use shears. Another type of demolition is called undermining. In which the building can be brought down quickly in the desired direction. This process causes the collapse of the building by removing important supporting structures usually near the base.

Do some construction companies call demolition companies to help them clear a space? I feel like it would make sense that they would call another company or they do the demolition themselves. I know they usually have excavators that can demolish houses. http://www.honcdestruction.com/
I imagine that demolition crews would have a plan of attack when taking down a building. When I think of a wrecking crew, I think of the wrecking ball, I did not know that they were ineffective, and are only used to destroy masonry. I have seen a building come down, and the crew mainly use a giant back hoe.
